When Chen Dong met with the delegation of ALBA Group led by the Martin Becker-Rethmann, the director of the Green Fuel Joint Venture, and met with the COO and the delegation of board members from ALBA Group. He required to reach the implementation of ALBA project and the auxiliary equipment manufacturing project.

     On February 12th, in 2015, Mr. ChenDong, the Vice-Secretary of the CPC Municipal Committee and Mayor of Jieyang, met with Martin Becker-Rethmann. Mr. Chen required to accelerate the construction progress of ALBA project, to implement the project and the auxiliary equipment manufacturing project, to achieve the purpose of mutual benefit and win-win result.

     Chen Dong pointed out, ALBA choose Jieyang as the first stop access to China, and Jieyang urgently need to introduce the advanced technology to achieve industry transformation and upgrade, it was precisely what a win-win development pattern by combining Chinese Market and German quality, Chinese speed and German technology. Chen hoped ALBA Group can work together with Guangdong Rising Nonferrous Metals Group and ZhongDe Metal Group, and accelerate the construction progress of ALBA Project, and make the ALBA Project become a lighthouse Project. Especially during the construction and the operation of the process, it should actively promote the localization process of Germany ALBA auxiliary equipment manufacturing, and forming its advantage for competition of high-tech and reasonable price.

     Martin expressed that this is the first time that introduced the advanced technology of ALBA Group into China, and ALBA Group has the confidence and the ability to realize the goal of the construction of ALBA Project under the support of Guangdong Rising Nonferrous Metals Group, ZhongDe Metal Group and other companies. Martin also hoped that the project can accelerate the construction progress and the good vision of Sino-German Metal Eco City, realize local green economic together. Martin said it is a good platform to show the advanced technologies of ALBA Project, which starts in June 2015. ALBA group will settled down in Jieyang, and promote its environmental protection projects to the surrounding cities of Guangdong Province and all other parts of China for the goal of the sustainable development of green city. And Martin quite agree that the implementation of the localization of auxiliary equipment manufacturing. Martin said, as the maker of the project, he has opportunities to share and communicate with local advanced enterprises, and understand the real needs of the local auxiliary equipment, which will better for the promotion of ALBA Project. Martin promised that ALBA Group will take an active attitude in speeding up the localization process of auxiliary equipment manufacturing.
